I tried this new recipe last week and it got a lot of attention on my Snapchat (Jenok9) So I figured I’d put the recipe up on the blog so anyone could refer back to it if they wanted to 🙂
I think the original recipe came from Goodfood but I came across it after watching another Snapchatter’s story (icomeundone) and I had to give it a try as it looked so simple and I had all the ingredients!
2 tbsp Ground coffee
2tsp Coarse salt (or regular salt is fine)
2tsp Brown sugar
2tsp Black pepper
1tsp Dry mustard powder
1tsp Ground Coriander
2 Chicken fillets (other chicken pieces will do too)
Combine all the dry ingredients in a ziplock bag
Put the chicken fillets into the ziplock bag with the mixed dry ingredients and shake until fully covered
Fry, grill, bake or airfry your chicken until cooked through (about 20mins)
I paired my chicken with a Jamie Oliver-Healthy Caesar Salad and it went very well. You could eat this with anything though, it was absolutely delicious!
